We are currently experiencing a high number of patients who are failing to attend for their appointment - particularly with our Nursing Staff. Please can we remind all patients that if they cannot attend a pre-booked appointment for any reason that we appreciate a phone call to let us know. This means we are able to re-allocate that appointment for another patient and therefore keeps our waiting times as short as possible for the benefit of all of our patients. Thank you.
From September 2018, the Surgery would like to use SMS text messaging to help communicate with our patients regarding their appointments. A consent form is available here - SMS Text Messaging Consent Form please complete and hand it to Reception.
Currently 46% of patients do not have a mobile number on their records... Do you have a mobile and would you like to be contacted by text? Please inform Reception. Thank you.
If you are please let us know - we may be able to help you
