Our receptionists and secretary try to keep both doctors and patients happy; it can be a difficult job, so please be a patient patient! As well as meeting and greeting patients in person and on the telephone, they deal with many administrative roles. Please remember our receptionists are not clinically trained. Clinical questions will need to be referred to a doctor, nurse practitioner or nurse accordingly.
